-LGBTQIA+ folks who are family planning: lesbian, queer and gender-expansive partners navigating the complexity of fertility treatments and reproductive care
-Partners navigating inter-abled relationship, a partner’s new or long standing medical diagnosis, or loving a partner with PTSD
-Navigating new and healthy relationship after surviving domestic violence, sexual trauma or relational harm.


Identity Affirming Care
I aim for this to be a soft spot to land and a safe space for those who have been in prolonged dysregulation, or for those who have been disenfranchised by our current structures and systems. All facets of you, your identity and your history are embraced here. I'm queer affirming, neuro-affirming, medical trauma sensitive and I've honed additional skills in navigating attachment in polyamorous, non-monogamous or open relationship structures.

-Regulatory skill building for Highly Sensitive (HSP), intuitive and hyper empathic folks
-Supporting survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or sexual assault connect to trust, safety and security in new and healthy relationship

-Mending the mind-body connection for those living with complex chronic illness

-Supporting highly sensitive people in processing and releasing somatic stress
-Rebuilding life, and restoring confidence around dating post breakup or divorce
-Building a social life and a foundation of relational peace when dating with social anxiety and/or as a highly sensitive person
-Intentionally navigating building a social life and dating with chronic illness, disability or chronic pain
-Navigating and processing relational impacts of living with chronic illness
-Honoring and processing the stress of LGBTQIA+ family planning in our current climate
-Honoring and processing the stress and grief of fertility challenges, infertility and family planning obstacles
-Honoring and processing grief (at all of its stages) during and post pregnancy loss
-Processing the profound impacts of medical trauma, physical trauma and/or sexual trauma, and rebuilding a baseline of embodied safety
